Your agreement with Diakite Taxi/Delivery App
These Terms of Service govern your use of Diakite Taxi/Delivery App's platform, applications, websites, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms. 01 — Acceptance
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading our app, or otherwise accessing our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our Services immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Diakite Taxi/Delivery App Ltd, a company registered in Nigeria. Your continued use of the Services following any modifications to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
02 — Eligibility
Eligibility to Use Our Services
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Diakite Taxi/Delivery App's Services. By agreeing to these terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with Diakite Taxi/Delivery App and meet all eligibility requirements. Diakite Taxi/Delivery App reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, in the event that we have reason to believe that your eligibility requirements are not met or that misrepresentation has occurred.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You agree to notify Diakite Taxi/Delivery App immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Diakite Taxi/Delivery App will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and must update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Diakite Taxi/Delivery App reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information you provide is found to be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete.
04 — Acceptable Use
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use Diakite Taxi/Delivery App's Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You must not use our platform to transmit, distribute, or store material that infringes on intellectual property rights, is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Any attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or damage the operation of our Services — including but not limited to unauthorized access, data mining, scraping, or introducing malicious code — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

Content & Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on Diakite Taxi/Delivery App's platform are owned by or licensed to Diakite Taxi/Delivery App. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
By uploading or submitting content to our platform, you grant Diakite Taxi/Delivery App a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our Services. You retain all ownership rights to content you create.

10 — Dispute Resolution
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
You agree that any claims brought against Diakite Taxi/Delivery App must be on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.

Changes to These Terms
Diakite Taxi/Delivery App reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notifying you via email or an in-app notification.
